Sales Manager/ Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals for residential and commercial projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, investors, and brokers.
  • Present and promote the company’s properties to potential buyers and investors.
  • Conduct property site visits and provide detailed explanations of project specifications, pricing, and benefits.
  • Negotiate and finalize property sales agreements.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly to build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial projects preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the Mumbai real estate market and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
